[Neat Implementation Case] Hanamaki City

Utilize high-quality video and audio for training across different government buildings! Simplify web meetings with external parties.

We would like to introduce a case where our "Neat" was implemented in Hanamaki City, which is formulating a digital transformation promotion plan. The previous video conferencing system had poor audio quality, particularly due to the low performance of the microphones, making it difficult to hear the meeting audio. After the implementation, the intuitive operability and high-quality video and audio have been highly praised by the staff, contributing to improved operational efficiency through realistic communication. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issue: Low microphone performance made meeting audio difficult to hear ■ Background of Implementation: Service termination of the on-premises video conferencing system ■ Reason for Selection: Good performance of speakers and microphones *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
